Hani Health Club & Spa

The story of Hani began with its name. Hani, meaning “joyful” in Arabic, immediately set the tone for what I wanted this project to embody: a space rooted in serenity, joy, and healing energy. From the name, I created the logo, which became the guiding symbol for everything that followed. Instead of starting with the architecture or materials, I worked backwards, letting the meaning shape the entire vision.

Hani Health Club and Spa is more than a place for treatments — it is a holistic sanctuary where spiritual and traditional wellness practices meet. Aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, energy and crystal healing are offered alongside massages, facials, and body wraps, creating a well-rounded approach to rejuvenation. The goal was always to design a space that nourishes both body and spirit, aligning with the joyful essence of its name.

Drawing inspiration from Spanish wabi-sabi aesthetics, the design embraces eco-friendly materials, natural textures, and a warm, earthy palette. A central oak tree anchors the space, symbolizing strength and grounding, while high-vibration elements like crystals and organic finishes elevate the atmosphere. Every detail — from the placement of living plants to the balance of light and shadow — was chosen to enhance energy flow and create a serene environment that feels both indulgent and authentic.

What emerged is a retreat where design and meaning are inseparable: a space that feels alive, intentional, and healing. Hani is not only a wellness destination but also an immersive experience in joy, serenity, and the quiet power of thoughtfully crafted design.
